Ministry of the Word

Listen to this devotional

Luke 11:8 NIV

I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, YET BECAUSE OF YOUR SHAMELESS AUDACITY, HE WILL SURELY GET UP AND GIVE YOU AS MUCH AS YOU NEED.

John 4:34 NKJV

Jesus said to them, “MY FOOD IS TO DO THE WILL OF HIM WHO SENT ME, AND TO FINISH HIS WORK.”

Hebrews 12:2-3 NIV

FIXING OUR EYES ON JESUS, THE PIONEER AND PERFECTER OF FAITH. For the joy set before Him He endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Matthew 21:21-22 NIV

Jesus replied, “TRULY I TELL YOU, IF YOU HAVE FAITH AND DO NOT DOUBT, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also YOU CAN SAY TO THIS MOUNTAIN, ‘GO, THROW YOURSELF INTO THE SEA,’ AND IT WILL BE DONE. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

Romans 4:18-21 NIV

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations … HE DID NOT WAVER THROUGH UNBELIEF regarding the promise of God, but was STRENGTHENED IN HIS FAITH and gave glory to God, BEING FULLY PERSUADED THAT GOD HAD POWER TO DO WHAT HE HAD PROMISED.

Deuteronomy 7:6 NKJV

FOR YOU ARE A HOLY PEOPLE TO THE LORD YOUR GOD; the Lord your God has CHOSEN YOU TO BE A PEOPLE FOR HIMSELF, A SPECIAL TREASURE above all the peoples on the face of the earth.

Matthew 28:18-20 NKJV

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
