Chi Alpha is a Spirit-empowered, diverse community of believers on university campuses, declaring faith in Jesus Christ through word and lifestyle, equipping students to fulfill their purpose in God’s global plan. Chi Alpha reconciles students to Christ, equipping them through Spirit-filled communities of prayer, worship, fellowship, discipleship and mission to transform the university, the marketplace, and the world.

Conference Speakers

Jeremy Anderson
Jeremy and his wife Debora serve as the missionary Area Directors of Chi Alpha on the West Coast. After becoming directors of a local chapter of Chi Alpha at CSU Stanislaus in 2004 they pioneered and planted Chi Alpha ministries on six more university and college campuses in California’s central valley throughout the next eleven years. While the ministry of reconciliation and discipleship continues to thrive and grow on these seven campuses the Anderson’s serve as apostolic oversight with their missionary team in the central valley while they availing themselves to extend the anointing on their lives into the greater west coast region.

Jamil Stell
Jamil gave surrendered his life to Jesus Christ at CSU Stanislaus after experiencing Jesus’ love and power through divine healing after a campus missionary prayed for him. Shortly after his encounter, he joined a student faith movement on his campus called Chi Alpha. During his time as a student Jamil became transformed through discipleship and received his call into full time ministry. Nine years later, he and his wife Vanessa, and three children serve as campus missionaries. The are devoted to reaching the lost and discipling the believers at CSU Stanislaus and Modesto Junior College. Jamil has been called to speak God’s truth in the love, power and fire of God. With a love for cultures and diversity, he is passionate about all nations. His heart is to lead others into their greatness in God’s glory by discovering their identity in Him.
