The Ladder of Success

We believe that the Great Commission (Matt 28:19) applies to all Christians, regardless of age or social status. Therefore, we acknowledge that it is our responsibility as followers of Christ to spread the Gospel throughout our surrounding communities and the world. We also recognize that discipleship is an important and fundamental part of the Christian faith.

We use a strategy known as the “Ladder of Success” to help us develop effective disciples and spiritual leaders. The Ladder of Success consists of four sequential steps: Win, Consolidate, Disciple, and Send.

We are convinced that leadership development and a lifestyle of discipleship are critical to achieving God's plan for our lives. Also, we believe that one must be discipled and willing to disciple others in order to be truly successful.
